Is it too late to fight a judgment against you by Apothaker & Assoc., judgment is from 2002 and I never received any notice nor do I know who the original creditor was. I do I begin to find out this information? Thanks

You would need to go to the court and file a motion to have the judgemnt set aside for lack of proper service.

You can do it thru the clerk of the court...you want to dismiss
