Has anyone had experience dealing with the cash store. I've tried to set payment plans up and they expect way too much. Today I was contacted by a lawyer who was brief and gave me 2 options to either pay in full or half now and half? I don't know when.......... HELP

An Attorney? So, this debt must be in collections and an Attorney is collection for the Cash Store? Tell him you will need a letter of collection via the mail, per the FDCPA a third party collector is required to send the debtor a letter of collection, that is a federal law. I wouldn't make payment arrangements over the phone until you receive this letter of collection, you want to make sure they can legally collect this debt.
