Settling Debt for 18.8%

For one full year I have been pretty delinquent on a citi card and the monarch recovery company contacted me and agreed to let me pay $4410 for $23400 owed so 18.8%
What will help my credit report the most? Paid As Agreed, Paid to Delete?
My credit score was at 740 (I'm 23 now) but has plummeted to a disgusting 577.
Please help me work out a list of demands before I send the first payment because I am going to get it all in writing of course.

You credit will report settled collection account. You're in default so you are not paying as a agreed per your card holder agreement.

No, there's no way. Especially if you're that delinquent. You will not get a Pay For Delete out of this. This is a lesson learned, man. I'm not much older than you and messed up when I was younger and am now paying the consequences.

I dont agree with that I have been working on cleaning up my credit report i had several things including charge offs and got crfeditors to settle and show as paid in full you just have to be persistant!!!! had them taken off my credit report:)

Wow! That's the position that I am in. I want to settle my debts to rebuild credit and have two charge offs. How do I go about the pay for delete? Do I go through the creditors? What steps did you take to be so successful?

I am aware sometimes pay for delete works...but it is fraudulent
