Judgement

REcently my sister tried to finance a home that she inherited from my deceased mother. During the closing of her estate the house passed thru all of her rightful heirs (children) whereby we each conveyed our interest in the house to that sister. I guess ehrn that happen Palisades put a judgement against the house which cause her to have to paid a debt that has nothing to do with the house. The debt is mines its old and I need to know what I can do to have the judgement lifted off my sister's house and placed on just me.
You need to show Palisades that you know longer have any interes
You need to show Palisades that you know longer have any interest in the house. A copy of the properly notarized and recorded deed conveying your interest to your sister will get them to release the lien on the house.
