Look them up at the BBB, also perform a search of them on this site to read what others have said about them. If you are considering a debt relief company for payday lenders, please make sure you find out if they are legal first, because if they aren't, they won't negotiate, they will only harass the heck out of you, even if you do hire a debt relief company.
