I have gotten a call from this company before and I told them that I had lost my job and the only thing I am able to get his stuff through the state. They told me that they could take me to court over it. 1: They aren't getting anywhere with that. 2. I was told just to ignore it because I dont have a job and they cant do anything about that.

Ignoring a potential judgemnt is foolish and crappy advice. You may be unemployed now but what aboiut a year from now? Or 5 years? Judgemnts last 10 years in most states.
