I need advice on wheter to file a Chapter 13 or a Debt settlement option...There are outstanding business loans that were obtained illegaly in my name as the PG on those accounts. They were not tied to the corporation

Did not you notify the lenders, and file complaints with the police about these identity thefts? Can you give more details on these loans?
