I used this company for debt reduction, and they did well for the most part. My problem is that there were four accounts that went to court and would not settle for less than 55%. In my client service agreement it specifically states that if that is the case and the client will not settle, I should get back the 15% service fee charged on those accounts. I hAVE WAITED OVER SIX MONTHS. I have not received the refund. My client sevice agreement sates "1. Fees: Client agrees to pay an administration fee equal to 15% of the total debt placed with LGF. Said administration fee shall be collected from the Client???s monthly payment. It is understood that this fee has been fully earned by Service Provider and is non refundable. Client agrees that if Service Provider settles any of Client???s Debt for under 40% of the balance, Service Provider is entitled to the difference of the settled amount independent of the 15%. It is further understood and agreed that a non refundable monthly fee of $49.00 will automatically be charged against and paid from monthly installments. Service provider will not charge clients any additional fees if creditors will not settle debt for 40%. Service provider will surrender all additional fees due if settlement is between 40-55% of debt balance. If creditor will not settle debt for under 55%, service provider will refund client 100% of fees collected on that specific account." Those debts removed because of judgments were $28644. % of that would be $4296.60. I was already under a financial hardship and had to pay lifeguard and the judgments and could use the refund to put towards the judgments. How can I get the money refunded? D o you have any ideas?

If you want an opinion, I will only give it if you are respectful. If somebody ripped you off, I'd be glad to advise, but you act like you believe you are dealing with a company here. I am just an individual person and have nothing to do with your settlement.
