Phone number for FIA /BOA & Hours of Operation

I'm trying to call FIA/Bank of America. I have 3 numbers for them but everytime I call, I enter all of my info and finally get a prompt saying their office is closed.
Does anyone know their business hours? What's the best phone number?

Are you trying to negiotiate settlements? If so there was a number listed by Kingjabba in earlier posts under FIA for a Sr Acct Rep. for FIA/BOA . Others confirmed that it was a good number. It is 866-429-1097
If you are calling for something other than that I would just go to their website contact info.

But it's hit and miss on getting an answer.
Could be a time of day thing....maybe it's only staffed a couple of hours daily.
