We we just filed chapter 13. How do we stop Chapter 13 and get into debt management.

Talk to your attorney. However you may be better off in bankrutpcy than debt management.....you still risk being sued in a debt management program. Plus the damage to your is done with the bankrutpcy filing....even though you may have it dismissed, it will still continue to report.
