Has anyone ever dealt with these people or got calls from 211-305-8381
Very threatning and rude.
would not validate the debt just said he had to have the money today or was suing me on 4 charges and would see me in the courthouse.
would not give me and address and said the name of the company was Law and Investigation Dept.
he went from being Eric to Joe to Bob Cooper and all was the same guy.

said that excashadvance.com deposited money into my acct. in Feb and I have since closed that account and I know I have already paid them money.

I said I could mail the money and he said they only took debit cards and if I said didnt feel comfortable with that and he then said I could fax a copy of mine to him.

When I kept asking for a physical address to mail the money he started screaming at me told me he was sending an investigator to my doorstep and hung up.

First off, I have heard this before. If they want money they should take it any way they can get it. No place takes just debit cards these days. Let him send an investigator. I'm sure no one would show up. I typically let them go to voicemail and don't answer especially if they don't give information about themselves in previous conversations. Good luck!

I would NEVER admit to owing a debt to a voice on the phone, nor would I give a voice on the phone my personal account information. According to the the FDCPA, which is a federal law, you are entitled to a letter of collection via the mail within 5 days of their first contact with you.
