FIRST, let me say that this website/blog has been SUCH A BLESSING!!
After following your advise and reading other posts, I have been able to get my first paycheck in a year where 90% of doesnt go to paydayloans. I've closed my bank account, written everyone and have actually gotten a response from
CASH CENTRAL who says they ARE licensed even though on their website it says no. They also say that they can "enforce" the agreement. I recall a post over 3 weeks ago showing all the state requirements, specifically a section that said something about enforcing the collections and I know in the state of AZ it said prohibited. Could you kindly post that again for me or tell me where to find it . I thought I'd printed it at the time but cannot locate it.
I'm finally on my way to solvency and some BIG stress unloaded thanks to you!
