I would like to know since I havent paid any bills since 2007....would it even be worth it to consolidate my bills. I am pretty sure that my credit score is already pretty low.

Haven't you seen your credit report all these days? You've written that you've not paid any bills since 2007, didn't you receive any calls from your creditors all this time? Your accounts are almost 3 years old, so there is a chance that they've passed the Statute of Limitation (SOL). Check out what the SOL is in your state.
If your accounts have passed the SOL, then you'll not have to pay back the debts. If not, you can consider debt consolidation but only after you've the proper knowledge of the process.
