My pay day loans are due in 2 days. I have made the decision to no longer let almost my entire paycheck go toward paying only finance fees on 4 pay day loans and never getting any principal paid off. I realize what a stupid mistake I made by getting myself in this situation.

I did some internet research this past weekend and had originally thought that a debt solution company (Relief, LLC) would be the answer to my problems. I called them Monday and recieved an information packet from them. They want me to sign a power of attorney document, ach authorization document and send them a $100 enrollment fee (I have not yet done any of these things). They also advised that I immediately close my current bank account (I did do this).

Now I am freaked out. Should I not have closed my bank account? Are these companies going to attempt to cash my checks and then file them with the County attorney when they come back as account closed? Could I now end up with a criminal record for this?

I don't have the money to go in and pay these loans off in 2 days. I really don't have the money to even pay the finance fees that will be due in order to reloan yet again.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I really want to get this taken care of the right way.

Thanks.
