Profile credits?

Under my profile it says Check. When I click on this it shows bank account with so many credits. And also has a loan section. Please explain what this is all about. Still trying to learn this sitee.

Under my profile picture to the left of any posting it has the number of posts and then the number of credits. for mine it says Check and under for instance above yours soaplady it says donate. I can donate credits to you. Not sure how this whole site works but am slowly trying to learn it. thank you.
