I live in Texas and this guy named Mr. Robert keeps calling leaving rude messages, he said he is from CNU, Can they so anything legally in Texas....'

I took one from them and Check and go. It has been a long time since i took them out, over a year.

Those lenders are licensed in your state, it's probably a collection agency calling you, tell them you need to see a letter of collection via the mail before you can discuss this debt with them, that is IF they are a collection agency. The FDCPA protects consumers from bogus CA's and it states that the consumer has the right to receive a letter of collection via the mail within 5 days of their first initial contact from a collection agency.
