Has anyone here heard of the recovery factory my pay day loan for national payday loan .com sent me to collections which i told them i would pay ASAP when provided with a mailing address they refused so now i am dealing with a collections agency i do not know why they bothered i will only pay what i owe and not unknown fees they come up with they are illegal to lend to New Hampshire residents.
If this is an illegal loan, simply send the CA a cease and desis
If this is an illegal loan, simply send the CA a cease and desist letter. If they wont provide you with an address, they get no money.
