Deragotory information on credit rept

Hi Nellie,

I have derogatory information showing up on my credit report. It shows I have two unpaid balances of $880. I am being honest in saying I have no idea what this is. How can I attain more information. I am trying to clean up my credit report but at this time I am barely managing on what I make. I am trying to better my situation by looking for a better paying job but as we all know that is not easy. Anyways what can I do at this point?
