Cashnetusa, or Cashnet? There is a difference, one is licensed to lend, the other is not.
Unitedcash, or United Cash Loans, there is also a difference there.

You can check the payday loan licensee data base for your state at the link below, if they aren't showing as licensed, they aren't legal, and most of yours aren't, with the exception of the two above for which I am uncertain of their actual names.
