they are totally BS-ing you! same thing happened to me, if they refuse to give out the name of their costumer(the company you owe) adress, date and amount, then they're total scam! two guys were calling my job several months ago threatening me that I was going to jail etc. etc. they refused to give me any information other than the payment amount and they wanted a credit or debit card info to process the payment! hahaha!! i was like yeah right! they told me my SS was under investigation and that they wished me good luck and god bless me onto what was about to happen to me! they're hilarious, ignore them! if you owe somebody just contact them and they'll tell you who they sent the debt to and all the info! don't let them scare you! read through the members post about similiar stories. good luck and stay calm :)
