I feel like I am running around in circles. I keep thinking if I could just get one good response back then that would psych me up to fight the next battle. Unfortunately I have not gotten any of these resolved yet. UGH!!I have two that I have demanded refunds from. No response. Go Figure!!I have gotten collection notices from two which I am mailing back my responses. And the other ones are just kinda in limbo. I thought it would be nice if I could get some good news stories from some of the other people who are working with the same companies I am. That would be a morale booster to know it can be done.SURE ADVANCE, CASH DIRECT, INTEGRITY CASH ADVANCE, MANGUM CASH ADVANCE, EVEREST CASH ADVANCE, AMERILOAN, CMG, ONECLICKCASH Any encouraging stories would be greatly appreciated at this point!!

You have to be persistence! Just hang in there, it does take awhile before you receive favorable results, however, keep in mind that you may never hear from one or more of these illegal lenders again, then again, it could go the opposite way too.

I have loans with Ameriloan 1-800-536-8919 ext 2026 (Tina) and made payment arrangements and paid off my loan. They even offered me another loan even though I was late paying them off (as if I would take another loan out) OneClick Cash 1-800-349-9418 ext 719 (Timmy) and also have made 4 monthly payment arrangements and will have this one paid off in Oct. I still have 2 more pdl to go but these 2 I had no problems with and these people were very nice. Hang in there I also was in over my head and am now with the help of this site seeing a light at the end of the tunnel. I will never take out another pdl.Good Luck and please let us know how you do.

Slucky~Were these PDL illegal in your state? Did you just pay back the principle less anything that you had already paid or did they insist that you pay the full amount including interest?
