Need some help. I have 4 online payday loans and 2 instore ones. My bank account is still open but severly in the negative. I have been reading about how some places are illegal and also wondering if I can cancel them out since they do not have a license in my state that I know of. Any help would be useful. Thanks!

Online loans:
One through FBDLOANS.com or the first bank of deleware balance left is 370. Loan was 500 Making payments on it.
Ameriloan, original loan 200 fee is 60 every other week to roll over
mypaydayloan, original loan for 300 fee is 75 every other week to roll over
kingston financial, original loan for 200 fee is 89 every other week to roll over

Any advice here? I live in Missouri

Thank You. I knew about FBD and I am continuing to pay that. The rest of them I have emailed, Kingston I sent a letter stopping all transactions and saying that they were illegal in my state. The other two I couldn't find that for a fact, but I still emailed them demanding their license number for my state and if they couldn't produce it I would take further actions with my attorney general. Is there anything else I should do? I'll take any advice right now. Thanks all...

I have a question about that. I am expecting a settlement payment to be direct deposited into my banking account sometime next month and then again in September. If I close it to a deposit only account, can I lift it once my settlements are deposited or will I not have access to them at all?

That seems like the wise thing to do.
