NEED TO DEAL WITH THIS pdl

I want to ask if SGQ LTD is licensed in CA ? They deposited $ 300 in my account without me signing nor applying loan to them.I just received a call that my loan is approved and that it is deposited to my account.They send a document in my email with my name written electronically.I tried calling them to return the money caused I read a lot of complaints against them in the net.The number in the document is just an answering machine no one reply nor calls back.I noticed that they took $90 from my account instead of a full payment with interest then another $90 two weeks after .I asked my bank to close it and just pay them through my bill pay which I did after I asked the fraud dept. of the bank to trace their address and zip code.I paid them $390 aside from the $180 that they took from my account.Then just today they returned it without reasons stated according to my bank.I want to get out of this mess.THeir company is not listed in BBB of Ca nor in Nevada.As per advice by BBB of nevada I wrote a complaint against them online. I wanted to pay them back with $390 but not over that since I have gone to a lot of trouble tracking their address and I didnt sign up anything with them in the first place.Please help me what to do? thank you so much

THANK YOU SO MUCH! i HAVE ANOTHER QUESTION .wHEN i ASKED the fraud dept .of MY BANK TO TRACE the address where the check came from they told me to call Billing tree and they gave me this address for SGQ 2613 Memphis Ave.Henderson Nevada 89052.This is where i sent my pay amounting to $390 which is returned today.Is this address not real?How can i send my pay is it using Cashiers check or just use my bill pay and use the address you gave me?I already filed a complaint against them in BBB Nevada because that is the address given to me am I in trouble with that ? Thank you so much ! you have enlighten me.

Thank you so much! You have just enlightend me with them cause I am already tracking them for 3 months now I am tired and sick of them.I also received phone calls harassing and threatening me which i all ignore and blocked on my phone.Thanks to your thread.I also planned to see a lawyer to consult this matter but thanks to you shazzers.thank you so much.

How could i email them I dont have their email address it is just this [email]info@sgqprocessing.com[/email] which I tried before when I closed my account and i received no reply from them. Where will i mail it? Thank you for your patience...yes i will keep you posted..I will write them today.

Just make sure you do your research, it's important that you find out whether your payday loans are licensed/legal in your state before you commit to a debt solution company, illegal lenders do not negotiate fairly, and after the fact they will come back to haunt you, why pay someone to do what you can do yourself FREE.
