I need an bbb accredited company who can help me get out of the payday loans that I am in. Any suggestions? I cannot pay these loans off. I need help please.

Just make sure that none of your payday lenders are illegal/unlicensed before you commit to a debt assistance company. If any of your payday lenders are Internet, the chances are pretty high that they are not legal lenders.

Melinda: I have 9 pdls. I checked into hiring Langhorne and also Destination Debt Solutions. Langhorne's fee was $1,610 and Destination Debt's fee was $1,650 to handle my accounts. I am already in debt with these pdls for $3,100. Why should I pay another $1,610 to get out? I decided to go it alone with the advice from this web site. The advice on here is absolutely great. So far, I have been able to make affordable payment arrangement with 2 of the lenders, get paid in full letters from 3 of them (because they are illegal to do business in Ohio) and am still working with the other 4 trying to arrange an affordable payment schedule. I do not have steel nerves, but through the encouragement on this site, I now have the confidence that I can do this on my own. If you choose to hire a company, check them out fully. After doing researching on Langhorne and Destination Debt Solutions, I was very hesitant to sign a contract with either of them.
