I talked to the office of ILDPR and these are illegal in IL(no license)

Discount advance
Integrity advance
Nationwide cash

called my bank and they are putting stop payment on these for 6 months. Will be calling the companies in just a few minutes and will add to this.

You don't need to pay for a stop payment, all you need to do is revoke their right to debit your account, per the EFTA law and regulation E. The bank must honor your request. Also, I just want you to know that placing a stop payment on these lenders, or revocation will not stop them from accessing your account, they will keep changing their names and continually hit your account for HUGE amounts. These lenders are also known to share information with other illegal lenders, which opens up a new can of worms. If I were you, I would close that account and be done with it, open a new one elsewhere. CLICK HERE to find out how to deal with illegal lenders.

Print out the information below and take it into your bank:

Electronic Funds Transfer Act

907. Preauthorized transfers

(a) A preauthorized electronic fund transfer from a consumer's account may be authorized by the consumer only in writing, and a copy of such authorization shall be provided to the consumer when made. A consumer may stop payment of a preauthorized electronic fund transfer by notifying the financial institution orally or in writing at any time up to three business days preceding the scheduled date of such transfer. The financial institution may require written confirmation to be provided to it within fourteen days of an oral notification if, when the oral notification is made, the consumer is advised of such requirement and the address to which such confirmation should be sent.
(b) In the case of preauthorized transfers from a consumer's account to the same person which may vary in amount, the financial institution or designated payee shall, prior to each transfer, provide reasonable advance notice to the consumer, in accordance with regulations of the Board, of the amount to be transferred and the scheduled date of the transfer.

Weird bank, but if you aren't up to proving your point then yes, the simplest way to deal with this is to close your account.
