CashStar Group...Help Me!
Date: Fri, 07/23/2010 - 07:22
I found the address, but no phone number:
CashStarGroup
Domains by Proxy, Inc. - DomainsByProxy.com
15111 N. Hayden Rd., Ste 160, PMB 353
Scottsdale, Arizona 85260
and I mailed a money order for $140. About 2 weeks later, it was returned (company not at address). Now, over a year later, the Titan Group seems to have picked up the loan and is saying I owe $$500+, $390, or any other amount, depending on who I speak with. I gave them the information and told them I would gladly pay the $140. One "supervisor" said I could clear the account for $200; today, another "supervisor" said I could clear it for $273. I stuck to just paying the $140 and then she became forceful (& so did I, unfortunately). Now she says I'm going to be sued!
I want to pay what I rightfully owe ($140), but I cannot pay the exhorbitant amounts that change like night and day. What are my options? They wouldn't even give me the correct address of the CashStar Group....or is Titan the "new" CashStar Group? What is my next step? I plan to send a registered letter to ask they not call any references, only my number.
I appreciate any help you can give me.

Thank you.... I will mail them the form letter from this site, as I did back in January 2009. I thought this was cleared up until now when Titan began calling. I'm in Florida and I want to pay the $140, but Stephanie (from Titan) said it would not be a final payment (as was arranged and payment mailed in Jan. 2009). My balance changed 3 times during one call today, with the final being a threat to sue for over $500. Last week another male supervisor said the balance could be cleared for $200, today it was $273!

If you have already paid them the principal amount I wouldn't give them another red cent, instead I would tell them to shove it where the sun doesn't shine.
