I spoke with a woman named Heather last Friday afternoon roughly around 330 4ish. I was supposed to contact her later that evening but due to significant circumstances and events it slipped my mind. I am trying to get in touch with her or that department so that we can still make the arrangements at the end of the month for the payment that I agreed to. How can I get in touch. When I call the office hours are M-F to 5pm and I was told that her office was open until 9pm
