Since I stated in my letter that if there is no physical address it means no payment ,what if they will report in my credit that I owe them MUCH MORE THAN the principal which is 300 and the interest that is 90 ? Please enlighten me so I know what to do next..

Keep an eye on your credit report and if for some reason they do decide to report it, all you need to do is dispute it, you have valid reasons why it should be removed. Explain that this lender is not licensed to lend in your state therefore making the loan illegal. In most cases it is removed promptly.

thanks again shazzers, as per update regarding my problem with SGQ/MY Cash Now, they haven`t replied yet i already send them fax messages twice (last friday and today).I also send them a letter through priority mail aside from my email to their email address info@sgqprocessing .com...i just hope they will reply soon ! thanks
