aviod all pay day loans they deposited $250.00 in my acct without my knowledge and have taken almost $900.00 and i cant get them to stop.

Do you mean DJR? They're one of the hundreds of illegal lenders in Overland Park, KS that operate under the blessing and protection of the Kansas Bank Commissioner, even though they don't have a Kansas lending license. The Commissioner basically takes the attitude (no doubt influenced by thousands of call center jobs at a time on 9% unemployment) that they only care what outsiders do to Kansans. (See the Quik Payday case) But Kansans are allowed to do whatever they want to the rest of us.
My advice . . . quit trying to get them to stop and just close the account and open a new one at a different bank. Meanwhile, file a mess of complaints with your own state's regulators.
