Have any one every dealt with this so call collection agency by the name of ACE NOTIFICATION AGENCY, A group of people that calls with a very bad accent that states that a loan was taking out and if its not paid back that only god could help you and you will be put in jail

Have you taken the address of this so-called Ace Notification Agency? Just send them a Cease and Desist letter asking them not to contact you anymore.
I think you should record all their calls as the recordings will serve as proof against the agency. Next, you should file a lawsuit against this 'scam' agency since they've violated FDCPA rules by threatening you to put you in jail.
