PDL & Interest Help

Hi - I am over my head in online payday loans and interest. I would like to pay them back but it is now costing me $1000 monthly ($500 each paycheck) just to pay the interest. Now I am looking at not being able to pay my rent or other bills. I would like to do the responsible thing but can't see how I can pay them off. Any legitimate assistance would be greatly appreciated.
My four loans are with: Paradise Cash Advance (International Equity Group), Upfront Cash, Upfront Payday and Panamcash. I live in Virginia.
