Garnishment by Midland Funding LLC

I received a notice of non-wage garnishment of my savings account by midland funding llc. I was never notified of a court date or of possibility of garnishment. I have no idea of who they claim I owed. They have a garnishment on my account and I can't even get to anything I have in there. What do I do?
