I have a total of 5 pay day loans in Texas all from online lenders
Ameriloan $450 principle paid $135.00
500 fast cash $350 principle paid $105.00
Cash jar $1,000 principle paid $750.00
Ace $400 principle paid 121.50
Impact solutions (spot on) $ 500 principle paid $0
I know Ace is the only legal lender but I'm still not sure what my first step should be. I have closed my account with chase so they were not able to debit this past week and now the phone calls have begun. I contacted PDL assistance and they will charge me $200 to start and $250 per month for 12 months. What would be the best way to proceed.
