Hi, I live in the state of Wisconsin. According to Wisconsin Pay Day loan laws it is legal. Does not specify on line etc.

There is no max loan amount
Term of loan - not specified
Finance charge on $100 laon for a 14 day period - No limit (don't know what this means)
APR for $100 loan for a 14 day period - No limit (don't know what this means either)

I want to pay my loans off, but I really got in over my head.

There isn't a limit on how many you can have
No rollover specifications
Presentment limit of check is 2X - I didn't write a check?
NSF fee of $15 is all they can charge you.

Criminal Action Prohibited

The people I got loans from were the following:

Speedy Cash - 500
Cash Central - 500
Cash Net - 600
Flo Bridge 400
24/7 - 405
B&L Titan - 300
LLC Titna - 300
QXL online - 200

Anyone have any help with these and for my state.

Internet payday lenders are required to be licensed in your state if they solicited you for a loan, if you obtained the loan yourself then they are only required to be licensed somewhere in the U.S., and you would be required to follow the payday loan laws that the lender is licensed in. Some of these lenders aren't licensed to lend anywhere but I will need to research it to find out which are and which are not.

I need to know the exact name, or the dba of 24/7 because I am unable to locate any information about them, ei., is it called twentyfourseven, or 24/7 cash advance? There must be another name they go by because if you google 24/7 or use the BBB search numerous businesses come up. Check your bank statement to see what name they used to debit your account.
