I know first hand about the abuse that the allied people have done over the phone. I know how it was for me as a collector and how I was told by the supervisors you keep at the debtor til you get an confirmation of payment. You don't take no for an answer. I am not the type to keep pushing I take no as no. I think that was the worst type of job that anyone can have.

i've been doing collections for 5 years now, sure it has its ups and downs, but so does any job. you are right in regards to a debt collector not taking no for an answer, but thats their job, it isnt for everyone. i look at my job as a way to help out people. if someone is honest and straight up with me i will do everything in my power to keep them in their vehicle. but if somone messes around or burns me, i'll also be the first person to put their car out for repo. i believe everyone deserves a chance. but its all about what that person chooses to do with it. my job is definetly not the worst job out there by far.
