Payday loan help in OH

We live in Ohio and currently have loans with 5 online payday loan companies: Eastside Lenders, Money 2 Advance (aka cashspot, american consumer credit), Fleet Marketing, VIP Loandshop and CashnetUSA. We are in a vicious cycle that we cant seem to get out of. Can anyone steer me in the right direction? We have not defaulted on the loans yet, but they are due again in 4 days and I wont have enough in my account to pay them all.
