I have loans from these creditors: Namakan, CMG, inc., Cashnet USA, Cardinal mgt. , PaydayLoans YES & Fox Enterproses. Are they legal in MD ?

In addition, please contact the MD Dept. for Financial Regulation, their phone # and address are listed with the MD laws. They can be a big help to you.
