So, that would mean NONE of the internet PDLs are supposed to lend to the New York folks, right? If that's the case, where are the loopholes happening? I am from NY, yet I am able to get PDLs. I am a bit confused, thanks for your patience.

If a N.Y. resident obtains an Internet payday loan KNOWING it is prohibited in your state then you are lowering yourself to these illegal lenders standards.

Regardless of the legality of a loan you still have a moral obligation to pay back what is borrowed! Not to do so puts you in a lower status then the lender!
