cashnetusa- Already paid $896, borrowed $1050
Ezpay- Already paid $60, borrowed $200
Check-n-Go- Already paid $180, borrowed $250
cash jar- Already paid $270, borrowerd $300

These are all internet pdl and I reside in Maryland

I am currently working with a debt consolidation company and I am trying to find a way to keep them form debiting my account. I bank with Bank of America and want to know how to "make" them plach an ACH block or a hard hold.

Please help!

Do as Paul Cahill says and get that account closed (read the "sticky" on this site about closing bank accounts first). When you contact your bank, it's best to talk to the manager, explain what's going on. And if you live in Maryland I would also contact the Maryland Dept. of Financial Regulation (contact info on this site under State laws) re your payday loans; they're very helpful.

My opinion, for what it's worth, close your account and never go back to BOA again, they have grown so much that personal customer service with them is a thing of the past.

I'm not sure why you would hire a debt consolidation company to help you with illegal payday lenders, honestly, illegal lenders do not negotiate fairly and will come back to bite you when everything is said and done. If you have already paid these lenders the principal amount owed, close your account and change your phone number, and forget about them. CLICK HERE to find out how to deal with illegal lenders.
