If there was NO FINANCIAL SETUP AT ALL, what are you worried about? No contract, no debt. Easy, Peasy.

Sorry, but there most definately IS a contract. By enrolling and attending classes you agree to abide by all school policies. The student is responsible for the financials, not the school.

Well I figured as much, but was just going off of what Chris said.

No financial set up at all, means no financial setup. Scam maybe?

I've gone thru lots of college online included, which took enough paperwork to gag a horse. So maybe its a scam, or they dropped the ball.

They never took any loan documentation or required me to give them any money. Because it is a non reporting credit issue, what can they do?

You are responsible for your FAFSA...not the school. Did you do one?
