Creditor did not validate debt

Hi the creditior did not validate the debt however, when I sent the letter I did not certify mail it but I have a copy of the letter that I sent them. Also I called the creditor and they claim that they never got a letter from me what should I do?

re-send the letter certified mail this time.alot of bottomfeeders will deny they receive DV letters without having to sign for it.that is why we always advise that.
