Does your service cause the accounts to default until the lawyers retainer fee is paid?

If your accounts have are not in default when you enter the consolidation program, you should continue to make payments until the first one is sent by the consolidation program. Most charge a small monthly fee added to your payment.I dont think any of the companies used by this site charge a retainer fee.Your first payment, which includes small fee will be sent to your creditors. If you register on this site, you can get a free consultation, and they can anwser all your questions.

Seth, you don't have to default on your accounts for using the consolidation program. You can start from where your accounts are presently placed and continue making the payments.

This site does not charge any fee. Take counseling and place your queries to the consultant. He will answer them before you get started.
