I JUST RECEIVED THIS EMAIL....

ARE THEY CORRECT? WHAT DO I DO?

Hello. I hope you are finding this email in good spirits. I am the Customer Service Manager of VIP PDL Services, LLC and I would like to take the time to explain to you your options now that you are contractually bound to VIP PDL Services, LLC because of your $400 loan you???ve since obtained. I respect a consumer who researches the services to which he/she uses. With that being said when you applied for and agreed to the terms of the loan it would have behooved you to read the complete contract you were agreeing to. You are a citizen of the state of Connecticut. However, the contract was not made in the state of Connecticut. The contract was completed via the World Wide Web. The governing law (clearly outlined in your contract) which you agreed to by your legal e-signature is based in the isle and providence of Nevis West Indies Bahamas. Your options are listed below.

1. Payoff your $400 loan plus it???s contractually bound fee ($120) due this Friday 8/6/10 via ACH payment that you will have had out for 17 days.
2. Payoff your $400 loan plus a $60 fee with a CREDIT CARD before 5pm CST 08/03/10. This is a one-time offer from me personally.
3. Follow the terms of the loan agreement that you signed if you do not choose option 1 or 2.

Please contact our collections department to schedule any and all arrangements. You can reach them at 866-598-1100 and please use option 5.

Thank you,

they couldn't be more incorrect.they must follow your state laws.them stating they are in the WEST INDIES is proof of their illegality.how much did you borrow, and how much was debited before default?that is all you owe.anything debited in their illegal fees goes toward the principle.don't let them sway you,or tell you differently.btw file AG,and FTC complaints against this illegal pdl.respond to this e-mail like this.

i am good especially since despite what you might think.my state laws prevail.meaning your loan was illegal, and therefore only owe xxx.any further emails will be forwarded to my state AG as part of a complaint against your pdl.since you are in the WEST INDIES your contract is worthless.(include your state laws here).
