I know ch 7 can cost up to 3500.00 if i cant pay a one time lawyer will not file until paid in full . even though i didnt file as of now will this be enough to stop lawsuits

Bankruptcy protection does not occur until the filing does. So until the attoney is paid, you are fair game.
