I have been out of work for over a year have tried to pay payments but off and on due to finances. Keeping a roof over my families head is important to I have contacted all the credit card companies and explained i told them I was not refusing to pay just couldnt at this time but would honor my commitment when I am employed again, it true and i am sure they dont care, i got a letter from a lawyer yesterday that states they will contact the IRS ??? what about? can they and what can happen to me now....
