It is better to do settlement yourself on payday loans. Are your loans legal loans? Who do you owe and what state are you in??

Provide us with more information as soaplady requested, there is no reason to pay someone to do what you can do for yourself, FREE. We can guide you through the process, besides, if any of your payday lenders were obtained online the probability of them being illegal is pretty high, in which case, if they are illegal lenders they won't negotiate fairly and the outcome will not be in your favor.
State of Ohio
I live in Ohio and the payday loans I have is with Checkngo, Payday One and Advance America. So you are telling me that debt settlement is not the way to go? I tried on my own with Payday One and Advance America and their payments were just too high for me to handle for a pay period that is why I asked about debt settlement. I would appreciate any kind of help you can give me. Thank you!!

Payday One and Advance America are licensed payday lenders in your state. So, you've to pay them back as per the PDL law in your state. What Shazzers asked you to do is go for the debt settlement process on your own. It's of no use to pay hefty fees for the service which you can do yourself. Go for it on your own. In this forum, you'll find users who'll guide you in every step throughout the process.

I have 7 internet pdls. I checked into Destination Debt Solutions and also Langhorne Debt Solutions. After talking to a representative from each of these companies, Destination Debt wanted $1,500 in fees for their services and Langhorne wanted $1,550. My payday loans total $3,100. After reading and researching the payday lenders I currently have loans with, I discovered that 5 are not even legal to do business in Ohio and therefore I only owe the principal balance. Through all of the great advice, tools and encouragement found on this site, I decided why should I pay a company for something I can do. If you chose to hire a company, just make sure you fully research them first.

Have you defaulted on any of these loans? If you haven't there is the extended payment plan option, since all your lenders are members of the CFSA they offer the EPP, but you have to ask for it because they won't volunteer the information.
If you have defaulted on these lenders, this is what I would do. I would send them a letter (certified, return receipt requested), with an outline of how I proposed to pay them back (via money order) (something you CAN afford), I would send a good faith payment with my letter, and continue to make these payments faithfully. If they do sue you, at least you will have proof that you tried to resolve this issue with them, and by the time it goes to court you will probably either have it paid off, or close to it. All a judge would do is order affordable payments anyways, if you take proof showing your income and outgoing bills.
