I believe this company is located in the State of Delaware, but am not 100% sure. If they are located in the State of Delaware, I want to file a complaint with the Office of the State Bank Commissioner. I have filed a complaint with Ohio Attorney General's office as I live in Ohio. Can anyone tell me if they are in the State of Delaware and if I should file a complaint there or if just filing the complaint with Ohio Attorney General's office is enough. These people are crooks.

They are, indeed, in the state of Delaware. I've dealt with them in the past and I live in NJ.

Integrity PDL Services is not licensed to offer PDLs in the state of Ohio. It's fine that you've filed against them with the Attorney General of your state. You can also file a case with the FTC and the BBB.
