I live in Illinois and have way too many payday loans and I am trying to find a way out!
Here is a list of who they are and the loan amounts - can you tell me how to get out of them as well if they are legal? Please any help you can give me is life saving!
Payday Flash - $450
Lakota Cash - $260
DiscountAdvances - $289.38
Advance Paycheck Online - $400
National Payday Loan - $500
PayDay One - $850.62
CashNet USA - $828.55
Check N Go - $1050
I am current on all of these but it is killing my family and my husband is so upset with me I am afraid I will ruin my marriage also, please help!!!!!!!

check and see if which ones are licenced in your state, look for links in this Forum or try searching on the internet, if you find a link, read what it sates for the law, and if your state requires for internet lenders to be licensed in your state in order to lend. then you go from there. first go ahead and do that.

Illinois state requires internet payday lenders to be licensed in their state. Payday Flash, Lakota Cash, Discount Advances are not licensed in Illinois. So, you're not legally bound to pay a single dime more than the actual amount borrowed. Click on the following link to see how to deal with illegal PDL lenders: http://www.debtconsolidationcare.com/paydayloan/illegal-pdl-dealings.html

CashNet USA is a legal PDL lender in Illinois. So, better be prepared to pay them off. I coudn't find much information on the others.

just wanted to let everyone know that i used the tools here and i have had 3 loans cancelled! What i had paid in fees more than overpaid the loans, i have requested refunds as well, not sure if i am going to get them but hey its worth a shot - my loans were discount advances, national payday loan and payday flash. Send the letters, get proactive - it works!!1 3 more to go but now i am more determined than ever. Thank you all so much for your invaluable help!!!!!!!!!!
