I couldn't find much about this company except an address which is Direct American Marketers
(USA cash express), 1820 E, 1st street ste 440, Santa Ana, Ca 92705. Are they contacting you? Can you give us some more information?

I can fully relate to you. I did however apply for a payday loan several months ago, and after not getting an answer I tried a few others. I never checked my bank statement because at that point I was overdrawn and needed to correct the situation. Anyways this company called me about two days ago and he was of a foreign desecnt because coulnt understand a word he said except that this usacash express company is pressing charges and everytime I asked a ? he was totally rude, at the end if the conversation I asked why is he being so rude and his reply was do I need to have a restraining order put against you for harrassement! I was like....ARE YOU SERIOUS! Then yesterday another group called with the same script and making themselves seem like they are lawyers and if I dont take care of this that charges will be pressed, I kep saying I never received these "funds", never receieved a phone call, email or letter from this usa cash express saying that I owe money. They have called me back to back (no lie, serioulsy back to back cause I wont answer the phone) about 10 times. Now I cant find a # to speak to someone regarding this madness! So I feel your pain!:confused:

The best thing to do is not answer the phone. I have a company calling me doing the same thing, I have no idea who they are and I figured out that if I don't answer my phone, after a while the calls have almost stopped. I might get one a month or every other month. If this company was legit they would send you notification in the mail. I know the calls can be stressful, but hang in there and don't let them take your power away from you.

Just got another call from these creeps. They are going to prosecute me for fraud. I told them that if I received another call from them I would be prosecuting them for harassment!!! I have never done business with them! I have never received anything in writing from them! They call my cell and work number. and they have ALL my info! note to self....no online loans...ever!!

I am right there with you all I was getting the same calls they had my account information and wanted me to give them my debit card info. I flat asked them do you think I am stupid. I knew i was not past due to any one. then I started seeing money come out of my account it started at 5 cents and went up. when i attmepted to stop them i did close my account and messed that all up because i had so much coming out of my account. now i owe the bank and today i recieved a nasty email someone threatening to put me in jail and saying i owd almost 6000$ and i so know i dont owe that kind of money to anyone but for my car.

I live in mississippi and I thought i had finally paid everything off, I knwo I did business with this ameriloan and united but they sending the email under one click loans.can anyone tell me is this legal and can they really try to put me in jail if i still owe one . i sent them an email back letting them kow they would need to send me more info or stop contacting me becasue i would assume it was just fraud
