I recently got a pdl with alpine direct services lllc. Has anyone heard of them? I want to repay back the loan in full. They sent me loan documents stated if I wanted to reapy them that I had to call and email them stating that I wanted it paid off in full within 3 business days before the loan is due. I hope this works because this is what Im going to do. I came across this site after the fact and I hope I dont encounter any problems.

I sent them an email today stating i want the loan to be paid in full. This is what they told me to do in an email if I wanted in paid in full. Im suppose to send an email 3 business days before my loan is due so it wont get refinacned. any suggestions? Did i do the right thing ?

Payday loans are prohibited in N.Y. Just make certain this was a payday loan and not an installment loan, because installment lenders are not required to follow the payday loan laws. So, if you are certain it is a payday loan close your account because it will never be safe again. CLICK HERE to find out how to deal with illegal lenders.

I sent in my request 3 full business days as they requested to pay off loan. I *recieved a call on mon aug 9 and they told me they received my request and that my loan will be ach out of my account on aug 12. Well, I waiting to see what happens tomorrow. The representative was very nice to me and he was the same rep that helped me get the loan. I hope all is well tomorrow or else I have to start working on my illegal lenders templates.*

I'm sorry I couldn't reply to your posts. But you were in the best hands possible with Shazzers.

I think you should have asked for a written agreement, just to be sure about it. Hope everything goes well tomorrow and you get rid of this loan. Best of luck and keep us posted.

If it were me, I would open a new account somewhere else and close that one, but you do what you feel is best for you, good luck!
